Giving To The Connecticut Burns Care Foundation

Established in 1978, the Connecticut Burns Care Foundation encourages philanthropic support for its mission of service to burn survivors and initiatives to promote awareness on burn safety and prevention and burn care.

The Foundation has played a significant role in providing funding through its philanthropic efforts to create The Arthur C. Luf Children’s Burn Camp for severely burned children between the ages of 8-17. The Foundation also provides support for the state-of-the-art medical equipment and facilities needed to treat and care for burn survivors at our local burn center and contributes to research projects to help them. The Foundation is also the leading source for educating the public on fire safety and fire prevention.

The Connecticut Burns Care Foundation encourages contributions from individuals, corporations, other foundations, and organizations interested in supporting this special mission of service.

Not funded by any government or local agency, the Connecticut Burns Care Foundation relies on donations from individuals, corporations, organizations, and fund-raising activities for its existence.

We are tax exempt under IRS 501 (c)(3).
Contributions are deductible to the extent provided by law.
