Dinner Dance Gala Sets for October 6th
The Connecticut Burns Care Foundation, Inc. will host its 28th annual Dinner Dance Gala Saturday, October 6th at Oronoque Country Club in Stratford.

This year's Gala will honor the Benefactor of the Year as well as the Counselor of the Year and the Camper of the Year. The reception begins at 6 p.m. with dinner to follow. To add some laughs to the evening, the Gala will feature comedian Billy Philips with his quick wit and humorous insights.

Foundation supporters can also enjoy the music provided by DJ Tim Richmond and the silent and live auctions, which include more than 75 exciting items.

Don Wetmore, Burns Foundation board member, will serve as the MC for the evening. Andy Pandiani, another Burns Foundation board member, is the Gala Chairman, who has worked hard all year planning and organizing the event. Board member Peter Ambrose is sponsoring the reception for the evening.

Tickets are $75 per person and $140 per couple, which are available by calling the Burns Care Foundation office at 203-878-6744. The proceeds of the evening support the Burns Care Foundation mission to help burns survivors, research in burns care, and promote awareness of fire safety.
