The online form you are about to submit is the first half of your child’s application to Camp.

After you complete and submit this online form, you will be sent to a page where you may download the remainder of the forms that need to be physically completed by you, your camper, and your physician. These additional forms must be returned to CBCF by email, direct mail, or fax, else your child will not be allowed to attend Camp.

How will your child be transported to camp on Sunday, July 27, 2025 and picked up on August 3, 2025 from the camp? NOTE: Pick up locations and times, will be sent to you as we get closer to camp.
